The Place is currently staffed only during class time, you can stop by and pick up a brochure (outside),  If you know of an instructor who would be interested in joining the team, have them contact us. Also Offering: Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient and extremely effective form of stretch therapy. It is done in conjunction with compression techniques in order to relieve muscle tension and restore range of motion. The recipient relaxes while the practitioner brings them through a variety of stretches, many of which are yoga asanas. A session normally runs about an hour for $75.
